		<description>These are good ones, especially the ones you highlighted. I must say, I&#039;ve only gotten good at #10 &#039;Saying No&#039; in the last year or so. I am also still working on 5 &#039;Eliminate Distractions.&#039; This is a hard one when I check email and then the news. I get too sucked in sometimes. Still trying to figure out how that beast should be tamed. I really like how the schedule is looking. Good work!</description>
